Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the agoches apps, the agoches daemon, and the Agoches Pro subscription. By using agoches you agree to them.
The service
agoches is a persistent remote terminal for monitoring AI coding agents. The mobile app pairs with the agoches daemon running on your own machine over an encrypted iroh connection. You are responsible for the machine you run the daemon on, the credentials you pair, and the agents and code you operate through it.
Acceptable use
Use agoches only with systems you own or are authorised to access. Do not use it to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for abuse, or overload the relay infrastructure.
Subscriptions, billing & cancellation
Agoches Pro (agoches_pro) is an auto-renewing subscription offered on a monthly or annual base plan. The current price is shown in the app before you purchase, in your local currency.
Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Google Play Store or App Store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Refunds are handled by the store under its own policy (Google Play / Apple) — we cannot issue refunds directly for store purchases. We may change subscription pricing or features with reasonable advance notice.
Beta & availability
agoches is in active beta and provided on an "as available" basis. Features may change, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity — relay availability and peer-to-peer hole-punching depend on networks outside our control.
Intellectual property
The agoches name, app, and brand are ours. These terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app and daemon; they do not transfer ownership of the software.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
agoches is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or work, arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
