Privacy Policy
agoches is a pipe between your phone and your own machine. The less we can see, the better the product — so we built it to see almost nothing.
What stays on your device
Pairing credentials and host keys live in the iOS Keychain / Android Keystore, unlocked by Face ID or biometrics. They are never uploaded to us. Your agent sessions run on your own machine via the agoches daemon you install there.
What the relay sees
Our signalling and TURN services help your phone and daemon find each other. When direct peer-to-peer succeeds, traffic never touches our infrastructure; when it falls back to relay, packets stay end-to-end encrypted and are not stored. We may log coarse, non-content connection metadata (timestamps, relay region, byte counts) to operate and protect the service.
What we never collect
We do not read your terminal output, your source code, or the contents of any session. agoches is a transport — your code travels between your phone and your own machine, not through us.
Subscriptions & billing
Agoches Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription. Purchases are processed entirely by Google Play Billing (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS). We never see, receive, or store your payment-card details — those stay with the store.
To unlock Pro features, the app reads your subscription status (whether an agoches_pro purchase is active) from the store on your device. This entitlement is kept locally; we do not operate a billing account or link your purchase to an identity on our servers. The store provider processes your purchase under its own privacy policy (Google / Apple). You can review, manage, or cancel your subscription at any time in the Google Play Store or App Store account settings.
Analytics
We collect minimal, aggregate product analytics — crashes and feature usage, never session content. You can opt out in Settings at any time.
Data retention & your rights
We hold only the limited account and connection data needed to run the service, and no longer than necessary. Email [email protected] to access, export, or delete the data we hold. Deleting the app and cancelling any subscription removes on-device data; store-held purchase records are governed by the store's own retention rules.
Children
agoches is a developer tool not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
